Booking an intro call
When you book a call on this website, I store your name, email address, the time you chose and, if you fill them in, your phone number, business name, chosen package and message. I use this to hold the appointment, send you a confirmation and prepare the call. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Project form
When you send the project form, I store your name, email address, business type, chosen package and message, and use them only to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Service providers

Visitor statistics
I count visits with [Plausible Analytics or Umami], a privacy-friendly tool that works without cookies and does not store IP addresses or build personal profiles. I only see anonymous totals, such as how many people visited a page or booked a call. Legal basis: legitimate interest in improving this website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies
This website only uses one functional cookie to remember your language choice. No tracking or advertising cookies are used, and no data is shared with advertisers.
How long I keep data
Requests and bookings that do not lead to a project are deleted after 12 months. Client data is kept as long as the law requires (for invoices usually 7 years).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, or object to its use, by emailing hello@gbvisionz.com. You can also file a complaint with a data protection authority, such as the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or the authority in your own country.
