Most small businesses don't need more tools. They need one system that's designed around how their customers actually behave. I start from the customer's side of the screen: what they look for, where they hesitate, and what makes them book. Then I connect everything behind it so you spend less time on admin.

How long does it take to build my website?
Focus is usually live in 2 to 3 weeks. Flow takes around 4 to 6 weeks, because booking, payments and automations need to be connected and tested. You get a clear timeline after the intro call.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, security updates, backups, small content changes and support. With Flow, I also monitor your results each month and keep improving your site, SEO and automations.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Your domain, your content and your customer data belong to you. If you ever want to move on, you take everything with you.
Which tools do you use, and do I pay for them?
I work with European tools like Cal.com for booking, Mollie for payments and Brevo for CRM and email. Most have a free or low-cost plan for small businesses, and Mollie only charges a small fee per payment. I'll tell you upfront exactly what you'll pay.
Can you work with my existing website or tools?
Often, yes. If your current setup works, I can connect booking, payments or automations to it. If it's holding you back, I'll tell you honestly and explain why.
Is everything GDPR-compliant?
Yes. I use EU-based tools where possible, set up a proper cookie banner and privacy page, and only collect the data you actually need. For German clients I also include the required Impressum.
Do you work in Dutch and German?
Yes. I work in English, Dutch and German, and I can build your website and your automated emails in all three languages.
What happens if I need changes later?
Small changes are included in your monthly plan. For bigger additions, like a new page type or a new automation, you get a fixed quote first, so there are no surprises.
